Terms & Conditions – wjevo Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the wjevo platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of wjevo, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members, and players who actively deposit and participate in games or sports betting. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To use wjevo, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each person may register only one account on wjevo. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be merged or closed, and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wjevo are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, and Philippine online/mobile banking. wjevo does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as funding methods for gaming activity.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider and are outside wjevo's direct control.

For withdrawals:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically supported.

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

General rules that apply across all categories:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. wjevo does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where a technical error is proven on wjevo's side.

In-play betting results are settled based on official competition results. If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the specified window, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

wjevo may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods. Those terms are published alongside each offer.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• wjevo reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the stated conditions.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, wjevo reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no violation is found, eligible balances will be returned to the player through the original payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting wjevo support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

9 Privacy & Data
